 Swan Lake 

Swan Lake remains one of the most enduring, moving and irreplaceable classical ballets of all times due to its fantastical plot filled with romance, sorcery, and betrayal.

 

This immortal tale tells of a Princess held captive as a swan by the spell of an evil magician; a spell that can only be broken if a Prince swears true love to her.

 

A beautiful re-telling of Hans Christian Andersen’s classic fairy tale ballet. The Snow Queen is a spectacular production following the story of Gerda and her quest to find her friend Kay, whom the Snow Queen has placed under an evil spell.

 

Gerda’s fantastic adventure takes her on a journey across the frozen north where she encounters a band of gipsies, enchanted reindeer and a mysterious and reclusive Lapland woman. Gerda is told by the mysterious woman to continue travelling north, where she will find Kay and the Snow Queen’s Palace of Ice.

 

Only Gerda’s love for Kay can release him from the spell and break the Snow Queen’s curse of eternal winter.

 The Nutcracker 

The Nutcracker is Tchaikovsky's most loved and unforgettable musical score combined with magical choreography, exquisite costumes and breathtaking scenery that together create an atmosphere of fantasy and illusion.

 

The Nutcracker features such favourites as The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, The Waltz of the Flowers, The Russian Trepak, The Dance of the Reed Pipes and the world famous Waltz of the Snowflakes, to name but a few. A perfect treat for the Christmas season.

 The Little Mermaid 

A dramatic retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s all-time favourite story of a Little Mermaid, who falls in love with a human Prince and gives up everything to win his love.

 

The kind-hearted Little Mermaid rescues the Prince during a storm at sea and begins a journey that takes her far from her home beneath the waves. Determined to pursue her love on to the shore she makes a bargain with an evil Sea Witch, but it comes at a heavy price.​

 

This charming and poignant ballet explores the nature of longing, how making choices has lasting consequences and how goodness can be rewarded in unexpected ways.

 Romeo and Juliet

This production is a passionate and innovative recreation of the world’s greatest love story, Romeo and Juliet, telling the tragic tale of star-crossed lovers with astonishing grace and heart-breaking intimacy.

 

During the opulent Capulet’s ball, our lovers meet, sparking a fateful series of events. We follow the young couple as they experience the greatest of romances to their tragic final embrace.

 

 The Sleeping Beauty 

This spectacular production, set to Tchaikovsky’s glorious music with stunning classical choreography, reawakens the magic of the world’s favourite fairy tale.

 

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, Princess Aurora lived in an enchanted castle where fairies bestowed her with gifts of beauty, temperament, purity, joy and generosity. The wicked Fairy Carabosse places a curse on Aurora - to prick her finger on a spinning wheel on her 16th birthday... and die! The beautiful and kind Lilac Fairy casts a spell to counter the curse so that instead of dying Aurora fell asleep for a hundred years. Only the touch of true love’s kiss could awaken her and undo the evil spell…

 A Christmas Carol 

Take a wander down the dark and twisting streets of old Dickensian London and meet Ebenezer Scrooge, a penny clutching old miser, his heart so cold and steely it cannot be softened by any amount of festive cheer. One magical night Scrooge is visited by mystical ghosts who show him there is more to life than work and money and slowly he begins to recognize the true meaning of Christmas.

Filled with joy, laughter and heartbreaking moments, this production combines traditional ballet with captivating theatre performed to a glorious classical score.

 Alice in Wonderland 

Come with Alice on a magical adventure as she tumbles into Wonderland!

Guided by the White Rabbit, Alice meets some astonishing characters, including the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts, a studious caterpillar and those mischievous twins, Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

 

Based on Lewis Carroll’s much-loved children’s books, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, this production, with its whimsical flights of the imagination, eclectic music and joyful dance, brims over with wit, humour and charm. 

 Pinocchio 

Set to a stunning classical score, this original production follows Pinocchio, the cheeky marionette puppet with an unruly nose, on his epic quest to become a real boy. 

 

Featuring iconic characters Gepetto, The Blue Fairy and Jiminy Cricket, this classical ballet takes Pinocchio on a heartfelt journey of discovery as he overcomes obstacles, faces consequences and even ends up in the belly of a whale, proving to all that dreams really can come true. 

 

 Giselle 

Giselle, a young girl falls for an aristocrat in disguise. When she realises his deception, the shock sends her mad and she dies of a broken heart. Her spirit is raised from the grave by a vengeful Queen who leads the Willis to destroy all men who have betrayed women, including Albrecht. Giselle must summon all her tenderness and strength to save him from certain death.
 

This iconic Romantic ballet, infamous for the beauty of its “white” act of ethereal ghosts floating through the forest, has become one of the world’s most cherished ballets with its strong themes of love, betrayal and devotion.

 Cinderella 

As if stepping between the pages of a beloved storybook, Cinderella brings the romantic story to life through the art of classical ballet.

Cinderella, a sad and lonely girl, lives with her wicked stepmother and evil step sisters and dreams of a life of happiness. After a visit from her magical Fairy Godmother, she attends the Prince’s Ball in disguise dressed in a gown and glass slippers. He falls in love with her at first sight, but the magic was not made to last. At midnight Cinderella leaves the party in a hurry, leaving one of the glass slippers behind. The Prince searches the kingdom for his true love, the beautiful maiden from the ball who first the shoe.

 Aladdin 

A dazzling re-telling of this exotic classic tale boldly brought to life through the entrancing magic of classical ballet.

 

Follow the tale of the lonely orphan whose life is destined for greater things. Tricked by an evil sorcerer, Aladdin sets out on a quest in search for the ultimate treasure. Deceived, Aladdin is left alone in a dark and damp cave to where he will uncover a life changing object...a dusty old lamp.

 

With just one rub of the magical lamp, Aladdin’s journey will sweep you into an exotic world full of daring adventure, enchanting spells, unbelievable riches, treachery and of course true love.

 

 

 

 A Midsummer Night's Dream 

Enter a fantastical world of dazzling dance, music and enchantment. Lovers, fairies, mischief and moonlight, all conspire in Shakespeare’s classic tale.

 

Through the vision of Artistic Director, Christopher Moore, this innovative production gives the old tale new life. With stunning original choreography set to the iconic Mendelssohn score and breath-taking costumes, you will be transported to the magical woodland of old, where you will rediscover the magical charm of this classic tale.

 Beauty and the Beast 

Beauty and the Beast is one of the most enchanting love stories of all time.

 

This adaptation is inspired by the original tale and tells the story of a beautiful and intelligent young woman who feels out of place in her provincial French village.

 

When her father is imprisoned in a mysterious castle, her attempt to rescue him leads to her capture by the Beast, a grisly and fearsome monster. Little does she know that he is a Prince cursed by a magical Enchantress.

 

The only way the Beast may become human again is if he learns to love and be loved in return. The curse set by the Enchantress is bound by a magical rose. If the final petal falls all hope will be lost and he will remain a Beast forever. Their feelings grow ever deeper as the clock ticks and petals continue to fall - will they confess their love for one another before it is too late?
